Westbourne Grove Cycle Paths

City of Westminster is transforming its cycle paths to encourage residents and visitors to walk or cycle around Westminster. Funded through TfL to develop London’s Cycle Network, the refurbishment of the Westbourne Grove cycle path serves to further complement the leafy and tranquil environment of the area with a community
and education focus.

GMI Construction Pedestrian Access

After a new business unit with offices was built in Carlton Industrial Estate, the client, GMI Construction, expressed a need for a clear pedestrian access which is also aesthetically pleasing. A skirting area for the business unit was also required, to provide a clear boundary between the fabric of the building and the rest of the business park.
