Toproc ED

Early drying, high-performance silica fume concrete

Toproc ED is a high-performance silica fume concrete which has been specially designed to provide a relative humidity at its surface of below 75%, when tested in accordance with BS 8203, as early as possible. Toproc ED can achieve this significantly faster than conventional concrete. 30-40 N/mm2 is typically achieved within 24 hours and in excess of 80N/mm2 at 28 days.

Toproc ED advantages

Quicker drying time than conventional concretes.

Allowing following trades to access the concrete after 18 hours of casting.

In most instances light vehicles can traffic the concrete after 24 hours.

Toproc ED applications

Toproc ED is a high-performance structural or flooring concrete which provides a reduced relative humidity faster, on to which coatings of any type (which are designed to stick to the surface) can be applied. Toproc ED is suitable for all concrete applications, particularly flooring, and also for bridge decks or underpass soffits which require waterproofing as soon as possible.
