In order to use the EPOD system you will need to have CPC View installed. CPC View is available from Cartesian Inc to download here. In common with many tools, you may be offered the chance to upgrade, at a cost. This will give you access to other functions, such as adding notes to images, but you don’t need to upgrade to use our ePOD tool.
Search for proof of delivery (POD) tickets
Our secure customer area allows you to view copies of proof of delivery tickets:
- Search by ticket number or date of delivery
- Not sure? Search for tickets in between 2 dates
- Have the documents emailed to you
- Instantly contact our accounts department
- Access POD's issued from 01 July 2010
- Our target for the scanning of POD is 10 working days from delivery. The POD will often be available online earlier than the target date, but this cannot be guaranteed
