BBC films water voles at Panshanger

This week, the BBC’s Inside Out team visited Tarmac’s Panshanger Park to film our resident water voles.

Accompanied by Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust’s Water Vole Conservation Officer, Martin Ketcher, wildlife photographer Russell Savory and Inside Out presenter Mike Dilger discussed water vole behaviour and ecology on the banks of the voles' natural habitat, the River Mimram.

The programme is expected to air in the spring.
