High rise frame construction With an unprecedented amount of UK high rise construction underway in the UK and almost 300 in London scheduled for build in the next 10 years we are actively engaged in research and development programmes that are delivering effective reductions in material use, shorter programme times at less cost. Our specialised materials have already been used in building such as 1 Blackfrairs, Nova Victoria and The Shard.
Supply We support our customers in identifying bespoke solutions to meet programme builds. We understand the finite requirements of budget and time expectation. Using our land assets, fleet and technical capability we maximise efficiencies through extensive rail, port and depot facilities, technical expertise and bespoke material design.
Value engineering Too often in project specification over design and a reluctance to innovate leads to missed opportunities in the design delivery. We encourage project stakeholders to engage early to drive innovation and the sharing of expertise, to identify sustainability opportunities, and improvements in construction buildability.
