New Cross Hospital - Wolverhampton

Scoring maximum points we provided a range of recycled solutions and concretes capable of watertight performance to score maximum BREEAM points. The building, a specialist heart and lung hospital comprising three storey concrete frame, lower ground floor, basement, roof level plant room and two storey link corridor, required an expansion programme delivered to exacting criteria.

When asked to find a solution for a busy school access point we installed ULTIFASTPATH a single layer application that eliminates the need for conventional binder and surface course construction. Using a 70mm layer we halved construction time and used less material than a conventional solution.
