Tarmac is creating a new, simplified structure for its Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) and Readymix (RMX) business units, to enhance customer experience.
Three regions will be formed, each led by a managing director and a number of area directors, who will manage separate RMX and A&A activities within their territories. The changes ensure that the business continues to offer excellent service to all customers, through a more flexible, coordinated local approach that provides greater direct access to its products and expertise, while addressing the requirements of national customers.

Tarmac’s Building Products, Cement and Lime and Contracting businesses continue to be integral to its overall delivery of high class materials, services and solutions, and will work collaboratively within the same territories to make it as simple as possible to do business with them.
