Tarmac’s South East region has announced its sponsorship of Tilehurst Panthers Football Club, supporting the local community with a £700 donation towards a new two-year kit sponsorship deal.
Tilehurst Panthers, based in Tilehurst, Reading, is one of the largest girls-only football clubs in the area. Founded in 2006, the club has grown to provide football opportunities for girls and women from age eight upwards, with around 250 players representing 18 teams each week. The Panthers hold F.A. Charter Standard status, achieved in 2008, and were awarded Development Club status in 2016, highlighting their commitment to grassroots football and the development of female players.
The sponsorship from Tarmac will go towards providing new kits for the players, helping ensure the club can continue to deliver opportunities for young people to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team.
